Just select the car you desire. At the next STEP, just under the " Car details " you will see the AXA Insurance offered to you with the price per day at the right hand side (in the blue marked area). I see in your case it is only €2,- per day. It cover you for all.

You have to purchase the Extra zero excess Insurance online. You can add it when you book the car or a few days before you pick up the vehicle. You can add it in the client portal viewmyreservation.com logging in with the email address you used to make the booking with together with the booking reference number.

There are NO additional fees unless you add any EXTRA like GPS or a child seat.
